One and Done Our Revolutionary Single-Page Subscription

Typically, each individual fund requires its own subscription documents and K-1 report. But with GLAS Funds’ proprietary platform, investors can access funds through a one-page, interactive, encrypted document that governs all funds accessed through GLAS. This means clients never need to do a 40-page subscription document again.

And no need for multiple subscription documents. Instead, advisors make their clients' initial commitments through a single electronically enabled subscription agreement, and through GLAS Funds’ innovative multi-series structure, that’s the only subscription document an advisor will ever need to complete.

New Account Workflow

Each agreement goes through a series of behind-the-scene steps to ensure legality and accountability. Once a client completes the digital form, the data populates into a full subscription document, which GLAS Funds reviews for accuracy before sending it to a third-party administrator for review.
